How does the referral system work?
Each user gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up through their link, both users move up in the queue. You can customize rewards and bonuses.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! With Launch and Scale plans, you can use a custom domain for your waitlist pages and API endpoints.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For enterprise plans, we also support invoicing.
Is there a limit on API requests?
Free tier includes 1,000 API requests per day. Launch and Scale plans have generous rate limits suitable for most use cases.
Can I export my waitlist data?
Yes, Launch and Scale plans include CSV export. You can also use the API to sync data with your own systems.
Do you offer refunds?
Launch licenses are one-time purchases with a 14-day refund policy. Scale subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
